Welcome to the PARADIGM Assessment Reports Suite of Products
Modern Assessment tools with the latest development concepts for today’s Businesses & Organisations
- How do you evaluate job applicants? How certain are you in your recruitment decisions?
- How well do you know your people? Are you certain about their strengths and weaknesses?
- Do you know who has leadership potential in your team? And how ready are they to take more leadership responsibilities?
How about the assessment capability of your organisation? Is there room for improvement? Are you still using models based on research completed in the 1920’s-40’s?
The Business Coaching Foundation is known for its innovative approach to Business Coaching and Training within top FTSE 100 companies within the UK, both on a 1-2-1 basis at an executive level, and group training events for managers and senior managers. The psychology for success plays a big part in the successful outcomes of many of our coaching interactions. In order to get someone to understand their own personality and what motivates them, there is no better tool than a robust psychometric report. It is a great point of reference to look at how any individual or team can then adapt and develop certain natural tendencies to become even more successful whilst developing those alongside.
Over the past 12 months, The BCF has been working with HRO to develop the most up-to-date and modern thinking psychometric tool available for today’s business requirements. Based on developments concluded in the 1990’s from 100 years of prior psychological research, the Paradigm assessment reports were developed, tested, refined and validated over a ten year period. The past 12 months have seen the final subtle tweaks take place to provide, what we believe, to be the most practical and purpose built psychometric report for your business/organisational use today.
We would like to invite you to understand more about them, learn how to use them and see the benefits that your staff, company and organisation can derive from their implementation. Please read on.
The BCF has helped major companies in establishing or improving their in-house assessment systems. This has been achieved by improving performance through getting the right people into the right jobs, retaining and motivating them in the right way, and developing them in the right direction.
For example, the unique PARADIGM ‘FiT In’ Personality Profiling tool offers a depth that some profiles do not enter.
Completed on line via a secure link, the self-perception assessment takes around 20/25 minutes to complete. The report reveals the most important aspects of an individual’s behaviour and personality both numerically and visually. Badged as the ‘Big 5’, the profile assesses an individual against Emotional Stability, Extroversion, Agreeableness, Focus and Openness. Within these ‘five’ areas, assessment is made on a number of specific aspects – for example; Confidence, Assertiveness, Drive, Deliberation and Creativity to name just a few.
In addition to the ‘Big 5’, FiT IN produces an additional 4 reports
Leadership Style Report – distinguishes scales of emphasis against three styles, Autocratic, Visionary and Democratic
Conflict Resolution Report – the process undertaken when faced with conflict
Team Role Theory Report – taking individual’s strengths and contribution as part of a team

Background
"Employers with the best chances of attracting the best workers," according to Forbes, "are looking beyond money. They are looking at the psychological connections employees make with their employers and at whether they want their employees to work grudgingly as wage slaves, or energetically as committed members of a team." Paradigm Reports addresses this issue by providing decision makers with the assessment tools needed to identify and evaluate potential leaders or employees to ensure that the right person is hired for the right job, for the right reasons, or is in the right role achieving the best results in the most motivated way.
Although "right person for the right job" may sound simple, in actuality it is quite difficult to achieve. It is not easy for an individual to find his/her place and direction; and it is not easy for companies to find and retain competent, hardworking and reliable employees.
The worldwide application of American clinical psychological tests and the international success of MBA courses imply that human management principles are largely similar; a major difference, however, is in the real-world application of these principles.
Why PARADIGM Reports?
The key to our philosophy is transforming "soft" or subjective individual information into a "harder", more objective, more structured form that decision makers can rely on in their personnel decisions:
- During recruitment, appraisals, coaching or general management, subjective elements such as emotions, intuition and "gut feelings" always have been, and always will be, very important. Our assessment products provide objective methods and structured processes that enhance the intuition of decision makers, counter-balance subjective biases, and help to reach more objective decisions and therefore more focused discussions with better outcomes.
- Our Reports are tied to today’s business objectives, we deliver data that is aligned to measurable performance indicators.
